Back in 2016, frustrated by a lack of dedicated UK support for sim racing enthusiasts such as himself, Jed Freeman decided to do something about it – and so Simtech Racing was born.
From the onset, our mission has been to not only provide sim racers with the best hardware available, but to also give friendly advice to fellow enthusiasts and full customer support for every product we sell.
Simtech Racing has come a long way since 2016. Not only do we provide customers with the very best hardware from the biggest names in sim racing like Simucube, ProSimU, Fanatec and Motamec, but we also manufacture our own innovative products such as the Sim-Force steering system and the Sim-Cyclone wind simulator .
Whether you’re looking for something as straightforward as a steering wheel, or as complex as a fully actuated motion rig, we’re here to help. We can advise on the next steps in building your own racing set-up, or create, deliver and install a turnkey system designed to your own specifications.
In order to keep on developing our own products and carry our huge range of stock, in addition to our existing headquarters and customer service centre in Birmingham, we’ve added a dedicated test centre and dispatch base in Dulverton, Somerset.
Our physical expansion has meant growing our team too. We’ve recruited extra order pickers and packers working to get your purchases out to you and dedicated customer care operators to provide advice over the phone and online. The full-time staff at our new, dedicated test centre are on hand to welcome you to demo any of the products we carry and for the ultimate in immersive racing simulations, you can try out one of our fully loaded motion platforms from ProSimU - T1000 3M or 5M.
We may have grown over the years, but Simtech Racing’s core values remains the same as ever – to provide you with the best sim racing products available and give you outstanding customer service from here in the UK.
